Interior quarters

Would rear interior quarter panals out of an 1986 hatchback mustang with charcoal grey interior be the same color for an 86 SVO. I know that in the orignal 1986 brochure they listed the charcoal grey for both the SVO and GT's. Thanks

I believe they are. I get interior pieces from junkyard (NON SVO) '86 mustangs

Wait a second, i thought i read somewhere here that only SVOs had a specific charcoal color. I thought even though GTs were offered in charcoal they would not match eaxclty, too light or something. I think its in the history section.

The color of the gray interior panels on my 84 Mustang GT Turbo is the same as the color of the gray interior panels on my 84 SVO, which is the same color as the gray interior panels panels on my 86 GT parts car and on my 86 SVO. These also match the gray in the interior of Pat Pearson's 85 and 85.5 SVO's.

Both my 85.5's and my 85 GT conv have the same grey interior color. They were all built within 34 days of each other.

The only differances on the SVO rear interiors that I know of are the hatch cover, extra sound deadener over the spare and possibly the rear 2 peices between the two speakers. Colors were all the same.
