koni rebuild?

I am trying to contact koni about rebuilding my front struts but no one ever answers and my messages have gone unreturned. Does anyone know what they charge to rebuild these? Thanks

Rebuild $

I checked with Koni NA about a year ago about rebuilding the stock Koni's on my '86. IF you are the original owner, and can prove it, the rebuild is free (you will pay shipping though). If you are not (like me) the rebuild is only about $20 less (total, as in for all 4!) than buying all new ones.
For those interested in a concours resto the down time of the car is probably worth it (The new Koni struts have a different adjuster 'knob'). For me, $20 more was worth the time spent with car still driveable while waiting for the new parts.

Sell used cores

I would also keep the old / worn out ones. Somebody might want to buy them to use as cores / trade in to rebuild.
