It depends really. How many miles on the engine..?
On Smoke Dawg, ( my 113-something thousand mile bottom end ) I had somethin like 40 cold and 15-20 hot.
Cletus ( the 2-thousand mile bottom end ) has like 60 cold and 40 hot....errr somethin' like that.
My point is that it depends on the actual motor itself.
Ha...as long as you have oil pressure yer good
2. Can you still buy the stock IC houses for the SVO from ford?
I dont think so.
If you need then you might want to measure the inside diameter of the hoses and go to Napa and get some ( I forget the "technical" term for it ) heater hose to match. Its not regular rubber hose and its alot stronger.

On the hoses... I seem to remember someone on here found nice ones at NAPA in some kind of truck book... I wrote the info down somewhere, its buried in the desk or on the workbench somewhere.... I'll keep my eyes open.
Mine runs about 20psi at idle, and between 40-60 under load depending on the temp of the motor. The motor is bone stock with about 106k on the odometer.
