  • My svo with lincoln mark vii wheels

This is my svo with lincoln mark vii wheels. It has sn95 lca's with the griggs adapter. The rear 1/4 wheels wells were "tweaked" a little so the tires won't rub.

stance is fine, car sits perfect. i have trimmed mustang gt springs in the front, back springs are svo that are trimmed. with the sn95 lca's the car sat way too high with the svo springs so i got a set of 88 gt springs ans trimmed them .the wheels are the"speedline" ones, there were two kinds on the mark vii BBS and these. these are the better looking ones. i paid 240 for all. they have to be refinished, thats going to be easy.

What year Linc are these from?
What size tires are you running?
        thanks,

          brake dust

They look great. Only bummer I see is cleaning the brake dust from them will be TIME CONSUMING!

you aren't kidding they were black when i got them but i had access to wheel acid and a brush they call "the dildo brush" so you can get in the spokes. they still need a little bit more cleaning i will refinish them when they are totally cleaned

The wheels came stock on Lincoln Mark VII LSC's from 1990 to 1992. They are also highly prized by owners of earlier Mark VII's (1984-1989) for their good looks!

those are awsome they look like race car wheels.

I am so disappointed that I can never think of cool original ideas like that.

i've always liked those wheels. Looks cool and if you put dust shields behind them they'll keep cleaner and wont be such a pain to wash up. what about centercaps...wont fit?

The centercaps fit just fine on the Lincoln Mark VII wheels on an SVO. The Mark VII uses the same hub and rotor assembly as the SVO (actually the SVO uses the Lincoln hub and rotor assembly to be factually correct).

The Lincoln wheels are a pain in the butt to clean however.

yea they are a pain to clean but its worth it, i am going to get dust covers for them. as far as center caps only two came with the wheels so i never tried them but they will fit. and you are right about how they look like race car wheels (a friend of mine thought the same thing he said the car reminded him of the old saleens)
