In another thread, someone said that SVO mirrors are different size than regular mustang mirrors. Is that true? If so, what is different?

Hoping to get on the track soon -
Been trying to figure that one out myself. To my knowledge they are the exact same as the ones on my former 87 LX, with the exception my SVO has manual mirrors.

SVO has same size mirror
There is no truth to that rumor. The SVO side view mirrors are exactly the same sizeas the regular Mustang side view mirror used during the years 1979-86.
