front license plate

In Kansas we're not required to run a front plate, but I'm thinking of using a Ford novelty plate that is appropriate for the car. What I mean is, I'm looking for something with a definite 80s feel. What logos and slogans was Ford using at that time? I've been seeing this one and I like the logo, but I don't like the white.

Is that Motorsport logo correct for the mid 80s? What else is out there, and how do I find this stuff to buy (aside from eBay)?
