If your boost level is staying limited at 10psi - it could be a few things...even with your Prem Fuel switch on...
1. Check to make sure your Premium Fuel is working. Just because the light is on...doesn't mean its actually working. The fog light switch is exactly the same. You came change the plugs from the rear and try that.
2. The hoses that run from your BCS (boost control silenoid) could be reversed. Have you recently removed your hoses that run from the BCS?
3. Check the inline fuse located under the center console.
4. You may have a faulty BCS and may want to change it out for an aftermarket Manual/Adjustable Boost Valve.
