lug nuts

are the lug nuts from a certain company? are they available in the exact style? im only missing/need 1. arent they stainless steel?

I'm looking for two as well. SVO lug nuts are pretty unique. Perhaps we'll get lucky at Carlisle.

The originals were made by McGuard for Ford. Unfortunately, they are long obsolete.

Like Mike says, any 1/2-20 tapered seat lugnut will do. There are guys here in SoCal that frequent the local swap meets and sell similar long closed end lugnuts that would work.

I'm sure some of you guys out there must have some originals you'd be willing to sell to Kenny

Dang i didn't know those were rare or obsolete, i just gave them away with my old SVO originals.

i wish they would be reproduced......they are so solid and heavy, like the quality is really there. on my new mach the lugs are the type that chevy, dodge, and ford all use that have a slipped on chrome cover that ends up twisting and getting stuck in sockets.

Try a 98 Cobra lug from Ford. It looks somewhat like the SVO lug but different. It also is good and heavy/strong with a closed end.

Anyone ever try to talk to McGuard, they're still in business in Orchard Park, NY which is just outside of buffalo.........
