Don't shoot me, but I searched all thru the site, and couldn't find the info. I'm sure someone posted pics of his car with these wheels, but can't find it anywhere!
I know this is kinda late but those wheels will fit good however you will need to run stock height tires or lower and roll the rear fender lips. Heres a shot of mine when i had those before lowering my car and the cobra R's.
Well, I never could conferm whether they'd fit or not, so passed on them. I ended up buying another set of SVO rims to refinish and mount my street tires on, and leave the Khumos on my beat up rims.
BTW, I'm not real familiar with the new Mustangs , and what rims came on what car, but are the rims turbodizzy posted the same ones except with a different finish and centercaps than the ones I first asked about?
The 99-04 5-spoke argent wheels will fit even on a lowered car. If you use 205/55-16s, you won't have to roll the fenders. If you want to stick with the 225/50-16s and you have lowering springs, then you will need to roll the rear fender lips just a bit. I believe if you have stock springs, you wont need to roll the lips.
I've had a set on my road warrior for over 3 years now and really like them. They are considerablely lighter and you can feel it in the acceleration of the line.
Mustang Parts Specialties has a set with M+S tire new take offs for ~$400. You can get just the rims hear:
Dave, for what its worth, yes the rims in the pic of my car are the same as the ones you were asking about just seems to be a different finish and centercap.
