Found an easy way to remove the door latch mechnism from the door itself. I had to do a swap out of a seized door yesterday. the 3 philips head screws would not move. Hit them with a little MAP gas for a few seconds to melt the thread lock and bingo the screws come out easy as can be. dont let the torch sit for longer than a few seconds (dont want to scorch the paint).
