  • Fuzzy Wuzzy Wasn't Very Fuzzy, Was He?

My question is this, where can I get 'fuzzy' hobby/craft paint to repair the dash panel trim pieces? The previous owner of my car thought it would look neat if he rubbed it off in places...I can only guess his intent was to highlight the HVAC controls, boost gage, and my personal favorite...the "Arrow" pointing towards the glove box door knob on the passenger side.

They're in good shape other than the labeling that was done by what I hope was an unattended 8 year old.

I checked Micheals and a few other craft places online but thought as always it would be best to ask the experts.

    Thanks in advance guys...

Search a bit and you'll discover that this is not paint. The material is called flocking and is dusted over a sticky surface. Search in this forum and you'll see that I detailed how to restore the panels. (Good luck getting the right color, though).

I guess our last "regular" get together was at the Fabulous Fords Show at Knott's in April. It has been a while!

Hmmmm... Sounds like it's time for a So Cal SVO barbacue at Pat Pearson's in Sunland!

              Sure. Why not?

Eyelawdoc and I have regular meetings on Mondays, but we can adjust the schedule as needs require.
