Loose steering wheel

my steering wheel seems loose because that it can move side to side and up and down when i jiggle the wheel in that motion, how can i tighten that?

The socket, pivot and housing for the tilt steering mechanism is junk. The new parts may be purchased and installed with much trepidation, but the quicker and cheaper fix is to get a good complete column from the wrecking yard and swap it in. It's nothing SVO specific.

i fixed it,there was a nut in between the 2 pieces of the ignition lock housing and i just tightened that since i saw that it was loose.
