E6 / gasket or no gasket

I've heard that no exhaust manifold gasket is needed for an E6. Is this true and if so how does it give a good seal.

You should have searched on this one before asking..

there is already a thread on it..

Yes, SVO's came with no gasket on the stock exhaust manafolds

it is recomended to use a gasket if you go with a header..
