Painting the dash pad

What is the best primer to use before painting the dash pad? I have the SVO specific spray dye. What is the best thing to use for the final cleaning before the primer? Happy Holidays to all!

Dash Pad Cleaner

Not really lsure about the primer for the dash...To clean it real good, first wash it down well, dry it well...then use DU PONT
A-2320S Universal Plastic Cleaner, followed by A2330-S, which is an adhesion promoter. You should be able to get eigher of these at any good automotive paint store. What paint did you get for the dash, and where did you get it.

I purchased the "SVO" grey from Motion Dynamics. Has anyone used this?

I painted mine 2 years ago after a wipedown w/ alchohol (think I used denatured - dunno). Still looks fresh!

Yours came out really nice........looks like a ton of work. I am only going to paint the dash pad (top of the dash) at this point. The rest of the dash area looks good. I hope it matches the rest of my grey!
