I've just posted my 86 2R for sale but to those that are interested, these fit with no mods to the car itself. However, the inner lip for the center cap on the wheels had to be opened up a little to fit over the hub of the front rotors / and the center caps don't fit but they look damn good anyway. I'll post a pic later today on my next post..
There's the slightest bit of rub when I get onto and off of the driveway due to the wierd angle the driveway is. Other than that, they don't touch at all... hard to believe for a set of 18's huh...
I wanted a set of those the first time I saw them! They look as good as I thought they would!
No offence meant, but who sized the tire for that rim? Seems the tread width is too narrow. Is this just the picture?
Anyway, those are nice rims!
Those look HOT!! Esp on a red SVO. 18" wheels and you live in NJ? Aren't you worried about bending one of the beautful wheels? I've got 245/40-17 and live in Northern NY and they have about as little side wall as I care to have on the roads around here.
