as soon as the lady from the hotel calls me back, I should have the registration pages up . You guys will of course be the first to know..

#1 PLEASE DO NOT BOOK YOUR HOTEL UNTIL I POST THE INFORMATION --

#2 PLEASE DO NOT BOOK THE HOTEL THROUGH SOME INTERNET SITE, OR SERVICE. YOUR ROOMS MUST BE BOOKED THROUGH THE PHONE NUMBER POSTED ON THE REGISTRATION PAGE, AND MAKE SURE YOU STATE YOU ARE WITH THE SVOCA.

The 2-3 dollars you save could cost us the meeting rooms we get free of charge. Normally the meeting rooms are $250 per night!

It includes that as well as the "Fun Zone" access ramp at the rear of the conference room!

The "Fun Zone" access ramp at the rear of the conference room, also looks over the pit crews working on their cars.

Also on the cheaper hotel rooms, My wife did that lastyear and we almost didn't get a room because of it.
They were $6 cheaper but 10 times more work. Expedia sucks.


Go the svoca route this year and it is cheaper in the long run.
