How do i get these quick disconnect plastic type things on the fuel filter to come off to change the fuel filter, how do i get them off im doing the front side first... shouldn't they just pull off? having alot of trouble with this when everyone says its so easy? thanks

They are actually very easy...if you have the right tool.
I can't remember which type is at the fuel filter, but if it is the plastic piece that you can see the arrow-shaped tab on, just pry it up with a screwdriver.
If it is the one that doesn't have the arrow-shaped piece they use the same tool that is used to diconnect a/c lines. They sell for about $11-$12 at auto parts stores ( these are for the little plastic "thingy" that is inside the fitting) for a whole set of assorted sizes. It is like a quick disconnect. You simply push this plastic tool over the fuel line (like a line-wrench) and pull the line off at the same time.
