OK -- So I'm sitting at Hooters, and talking to Whitney, when Ty calls me up, and says, hey man, along with James Price, and Todd Burkheart, and has been called to run for the south -- I said YE-HAW--

anyway -- so after I finish up my beers, and come back over to the reunion, I hear that Gator has been drinking COKE all night, and that gator, and the members of his team went to bed at about 9:30 (PM -- not 9:30 am, like normal gator time)

So looks like the north will be running Gator G Gator, Joe Turbo, and Tim Boles

I'm still up partying, and we'll let you know the outcome tomorrow -- but we're gona to have some fun!!!

Dear Ladies and Gentlemen....

A house divided against itself cannot stand.



All I gotta say is that this was a seriously close battle.

For those of you looking at the score, it really doesnt tell the mind-set of the day.

Now keep in mind we were going off the fastest average of everyone's run...and the South was literally running in the middle of the North all day long...

We ( the North ) came out like gang-busters in the morning heat getting faster and faster each pass...

However in the afternoon it was the South that had better overall improved times. Boles and myself were consistant in the afternoon, but lacking an improved time. In fact, it was Joe turbo that actually had the best improved time in the afternoon session. This was key in openning the gap between the North and the South...

Then, just when we all thought it was close Eric puts a serious hurtin' on us with a 32 second run right at the end !!

This was seriously down to the wire and it was well worth it from the beginning.

I seriously want to thank EVERYONE that stepped to put thier names in the hat. I hate cliches, but when we were pulling names ...you couldnt even cut the tension in the room that night with a sawzall...but it was worth it indeed.

Special thanks to "The Ringer" Mr. Boles, and Joe Turbo....you guys did an AWSOME job, and i seriously dont think that I could have had better team-mates. The communication and enthusiasm was great, and the driving was even better !!!

Believe it or not, I also want to thank Team South. I honestly dont think that this would have been as much fun if it werent for the enthusiam that you guys had throughout the event. Plus...if it werent for all the s**t talkin' going on, i wouldnt be so happy about the win.
