    Still wish I could have went....

    Was there one night where you guys ran the SVOs down the 1/4 if so desired?

    Was just curious what all you guys that flogged yer cars down the 1/4 ran?

    I think Ernie Orwig was the only one who went, and he unfortunately suffered clutch failure. I don't remember him even saying if he made a pass or not.

      after hanging at the dyno all day, a lot of us were too tired to make the trek down to the dragstrip.

        Not only that, but alot of the hardcore 1320 guys werent able to make the reunion this year...

          I was the only one there. I tried to sucker Gator into coming to the track...but those northern boys are too smart!
          Anyway, I let the clutch out at 4500 and tore up the flywheel clutch and pressure plate. I have the car tore down now with a Spec 3+ coming my way with a new flywheel. If I get it back together soon enough and take it to the track I will post some times. I did run 12.01 .............................in the 1/8 Ha

                Schlodes, isn't it the end of tomato season in Leamington, late September early October???? hehheheh Don't forget you're the tomato capital of canada, and gents thats where your Heinz ketchup comes from..........

                  Yeah Tomato season just ended actually... hehe...
