    Just a BIG hello

Hi, why didn't some of you flat-bellies holler at us "old folk" that we had this site. I just wanted to say how much I appreciate all the good work that Eric, Bud, Ty, Gary and all the rest of the SVO family do to make life so beautiful and more enjoyable.
Hey Ty, since the latest "tune-up" to the ole Patriot, I can now make it from my house to the Golf Course Club House in under 45 seconds!!!! Hardly every miss a tee time.

    Video

Is there enough bandwidth or a place within SVOCA to use video to assist in the explanation of some of the procedures? If not, why not encourage and link to use “YouTube”. A decent example might be:

There are a few SVO guys out there already using “YouTube”:

hello, just joined as a member but have been on here for a few years...
the links on the front page for preferred vendors has a bad link...
the links for race engineering and the other one for RCinjection are the same link but are different companies (as you know).

I would like to suggest to ad a folder for SVO's that are for sale on other web sites such as craigslist or ebay. We have this on the FEP forum and it works well. A great tool for a member to watch for a SVO that is for sale that another member knows about. We all like to monitor SVO that are for sale right????
    Thanks! - Adam

Not happening. "WE" do not emulate other forums so newbies will feel more comfortable. And, since TWO of your threads were recently deleted for commonly known rules violation, might we suggest you actually READ our forum rules before you post again.

It's been a while since I visited the site and the updates are great! Keep up the good work. I finally got my SVO running good and plan on investing more $ time this winter in hopes of making the reunion in 2015. Since its been so long I don't know if I registered my SVO with you or not. Is this something you can tell me?

    Thanks

    Hey Strange,

Thanks for the nice comments on the updates, we appreciate all feedback!

As for the registry, don't worry about if it was added... The idea behind the registry is not that you register once and forget it.

The registry is to keep track of your car throughout it's life. so anytime there's a major event in the SVO's life, add a new entry!
I've even told some people, I don't care if you add a new entry every time you change the oil!

If you keep adding the entries, it can be a roadmap for a future owner. Help them to know, hey, it had new control arms in 2001, and switched owners in 2003.... it was at the reunion in 2009 (I remember seeing it there!) .....

If you're entering too many entries on your car, I'll let you know, but no one has ever had that problem yet!
