Well guys, IF (BIG IF) work REALLY picks up then it is a possibility, but still leaning towards not being able to make it.

James, yea the wedding is taking priority at the moment (GF of 10.5 years) and we postponed it once already because of the H1N1 virus outbreak (swine flu) trip to Cabo San Lucas, Mexico.

Pat, do we want to try and meet them in western Oklahoma and tour the museum(http://hajekmotorsports.com/index.html)? Who is bringing wives? Pat? mitch? Chalky(I know its a girl friend!)? Mike? Who else is coming? Who's driving? Who's trailering?
No trailering as far as I know right now.

No wives on the road trip

Wives & girlfriends may be flying into KY, but we will need to make sure the wives do not meet the girlfriends.

I should know if my two weeks of vacation are approved by next week. That will determin if I fly or drive back.

I am still open to driving one of your cars if it is ready Tony.

Southwest, Delta, Airtran, Alaska, or Virgin America could pick you up & bring you to where ever they fly.

Tony, I can get there a few days early if some work needs to be done or if refrigerator contents need to be "redistributed" at the lake house. If we could get to Richmond in time for Eric's BBQ that would be very cool. Looks like a 12 hour drive, I-44 to I-64. Deadhead it all the way in one day, or stop in St Louis for a casual two day trip? I already entered as an 86 2R but I'll inform the registration committee if that changes. Lets see how early the Pac Northwest group can arrive in Tulsa and then I'll start looking at flight plans.

HW, just nab a plane ticket once the dates get more etched in stone.

We have plenty of time to get it road worthy, what do we need to do?

I don't mind painting my stuff espically when I have access to some very professional help, but someone elses stuff is another matter. Besides you did a great job, except for that finger print.

Yeah, I am working on Roth, Marc Bean, and Mike Ray. I think Mike will go and Roth is thinking about.

We will be passing through Ft Collins & Denver around Tuesday or Wednesday. If you are ready you can join us. Send me an email if you want to be added to our reunion planning email list. meotchh at yahoo dot com.

I did originally say there would be no trailers, plans have change though. We will be trailering Scott's car to KY. His car will be driven home since we are picking up my 88 at Rob's when we get to KY.

Man, I already have four cross country trips this year or I'd start thinking about driving back east to see some SVO's.

The good news is that I retired from the Air National Guard this summer, so I am finally free of my three months of misery every year. Maybe I'll have some actual spare time and vacation to do a little more with my SVO.
