I just noticed doing all this work on the car, and parking it in the garage, my passenger window will not go up guess I need to fix that!

This should be in the tech section, shouldn't it?

(Just punch the car until it submits!)

I wish it worked that way with body panels.

GRRRRRR!! No problems for 2 years - then 3 days before reunion I got a bad fuel pump and mushy brakes (??). It's going to be a busy couple o' days.

Yeah, did a little more to mine too. Brakes haven't felt right and the e-brake has never worked since I got it, so I put some fresh fluid in it and adjusted the rear brakes. Now the e-brake works. Also adjusted the exhaust because I didn't like the way the tailpipe was hanging. That's better now too, but I've got an annoying heat shield rattle I'm gonna have to figure out. If this were any of the other cars, I would just cut it off...

I feel your pain! My car has run great for a while too. Sunday I changed out a clutch cable and a valve cover (OK, rocker cover) gasket. The 2R just didn't run right after that (at all). After 6 or so calls to Alex L, I finally got it running again; and it runs GREAT (it ended up being a bad TFI module)! Hang in there and don't get bummed out.

My Konis showed up today! I ordered them from PPI on Friday. They called me yesterday with some questions so I was praying they would get here tomorrow.
Walked into the house and the kitchen sink is broke so I got to install a new faucet tonight.
I did get one strut installed though.
One more strut, a sway bar and some juice in the rear end and I will be ready to start cleaning.

My list is long, and getting longer...

    • replace exhaust manifold --
Which means either get the spare E6 I have out, check for cracks,
      get it surfaced, and installed
      OR
Steal the bobs log of my black car, since it has a busted turbo,
and it has to come off anyway, right.
    • Install new caster camber plates
    • install new (actually OLD) rack & pinion
    • backyard alignment
    • install new spats.
    • install new valve-cover gasket
    • new front brake pads

Good thing I'm off work tomorrow, through Friday...

There's a $5 car wash just up the street. Maybe they won't notice the trailer with a car on it behind the truck!
