    IAC voltage

Any one know the voltage that is supposed to be going to the IAC? 12 or 5 volts?

From what I can see in my reference material, the IAC gets 12V and the signal is grounded by the EEC through pin 21. The ground is 'pulsed' by the EEC to vary the opening of the valve, where 100% duty cycle would allow a full 12V signal through the solenoid and fully open the valve. At idle you should read 1V or less. Hope this helps.
