This is the web site where he got the rims and the center cap ,the ones that fit the front hubs are the black ones with the chrome flamming "M" .The cap I used is two and one half inches wide (their are 2 sizes on the web page -big and small) I would ask them what ones are 2 1/2 inches wide .I hope this helps you all ,it did me .Any other questions just ask .I post pix ASAP .....Victorhttp://www.americanmuscle.com/capsnspiners.html The ones you need are the big ones they are 2 1/2 inches wide

ok I just bought a really nice set 06 GT wheels (with the running horse in the center cap) and I am having fitting issuses on my 84. they are not sitting up against the hat on the rotors? fronts a little worst than the rear!?!?! and yea I can't have the cap on the front.

I havn't read where others ran into this issue in this thread. did anyone use spacers? if so what size and where did you buy them?

                    Thanks in advance

Did you buy the bullet type or the split 5 spoke premium design.

I have a set of split 5 spokes and they seemed to fit fine. I just can't use the front center caps.

I haven't bought tires yet and I have lowered it since I test fitted them. I may run into rub bing issues, but we will see.

it's hard to tell from the pic, but it looks like the stock center caps will fit fine, if you use regular lugs, instead of the long lug-nuts.

I never had problems with these wheels(other then the center cap), even before the SN95 conversion. I have 235/45's in the front and 245/45's in the rear. The car is also slightly lowered with the Motorsport B springs. The only Bullitt's I've heard having fitment/mounting issues where the pre-S197's.

well, i came to the conclusion that I have 04 rims not 06. So not I have to find a thread on making them fit without spacers, since I just dropped the car 1.5 inches as well.

I'd probably sell them and pick some 2005+ rims up... offset's better too.
