ok I just bought a really nice set 06 GT wheels (with the running horse in the center cap) and I am having fitting issuses on my 84. they are not sitting up against the hat on the rotors? fronts a little worst than the rear!?!?! and yea I can't have the cap on the front.
I havn't read where others ran into this issue in this thread. did anyone use spacers? if so what size and where did you buy them?
Thanks in advance85 Com Prep.

Did you buy the bullet type or the split 5 spoke premium design.
I have a set of split 5 spokes and they seemed to fit fine. I just can't use the front center caps.
I haven't bought tires yet and I have lowered it since I test fitted them. I may run into rub bing issues, but we will see.Blake B.

I never had problems with these wheels(other then the center cap), even before the SN95 conversion. I have 235/45's in the front and 245/45's in the rear. The car is also slightly lowered with the Motorsport B springs. The only Bullitt's I've heard having fitment/mounting issues where the pre-S197's.86 SVO 1E, not stock. MM&FF May 2010

I'd probably sell them and pick some 2005+ rims up... offset's better too.Originally posted by fastest4d View Postwell, i came to the conclusion that I have 04 rims not 06. So not I have to find a thread on making them fit without spacers, since I just dropped the car 1.5 inches as well.Danny
