Saleen rear bumper?

During a fun three days with chris and scott down at the pony shop working on scotts 2r I have a question. Has anyone put a saleen rear bumper or even the elusive saleen rear spatz on a svo? I have always thought that the svo needed something in the rear to round out the look. If you have pic or have done this please share.....Nelson

So are the rub stripes part of the bumper, or does it come up to them?

Nelson, looks like the rear 1/4 rub strips are seperate same as the stock one. I think they only became integrated after 87.

On the side skirts and the rear. Both come up to the bottom of the side molding. The side is a whole skirt from wheel opening to opening. The front and rear wrap into the wheel openings. Made to fit up to the regular mustang side molding. I have a complete actual Saleen set (F, R, sides) from my 92 in storage.

This one has the Saleen rear bumper on it (sorry it's kinda hard to see in the video). It's been on and off that unnamed auction site a few times. As for the rear spatz, I've seen it done before, but don't have any pic. Will indeed let you know if I find some though.

I found a saleen rear bumper that a local 4eyed nut has and he is willing to let me mock it up on my car.

So is it one piece that runs from wheel well to wheel well under the rub strip or is it three pieces?

It runs under the rub strip. One piece well to well. At least my set for the 92 was. Maybe multi piece on earlier ones?
