thanks.. I actually found it was easier to just loosen three of the bolts on the TB and just tilt the TB and gain access to the screw. I'm setting the IAC and TPS now. When I first did it I just did a base setting so I could drive the car to work.

I'll get back to ya... oh yeah, clocking the valute worked great!!

hey Eric, any benefit in me just replacing the TPS with a 94/95 GT one and removing that adapter? mine has been flaky so I wanted to replace it, but if it was better I'd just get the one that fits that TB..

            thanks

nevermind.. found the answer myself. the 95 GT sensor is completely different and more expensive so I'll stick with what I have and I'll shave more off the bar so the TPS fits flat.

              thx

                Brian,
sory for the flake out. i was in wisconsin for a few days. the newer TPS still uses the adaptor.

I'm still having issues with the TPS part.. the adapter that's on the TB..is that actually supposed to move when adjusting the TPS or is that stationary and you move the TPS itself? thanks.

got the SS egr and coolant lines in...work great.

The adaptor is designed to be moved for some TPS (some are non adjustable). So if you have the TPS with slotted holes then leave the adaptor alone. If you dont have slotted holes in the tps then you have to move the adaptor. This is the problem the more universal you make a kit the more adjustments you have to make or could make.

well, finally got the 95 tps and harness in and installed. it's a tight fit with the EGR right there. I'm thinking of getting another gasket to put inbetween the plates of the TB to get me just a little bit of clearance there. Otherwise it seems to run good thus far.

With the 94 -95 TPS plug I actually shave off a little bit of the plastic where the wires come out to give it a little more clearance.

that's what I had to do, it was just too close for my liking.

eric, what I ended up doing is purchasing two more tb gaskets and adding those to the setup. that moved the tb away from the egr just enough to not rub/touch the tps wires.
