  • What is the smallest overbore?

Does anybody know the smallest overbore of the 2.3 that Ford had pistons available for? The rules of the sanctioning body I race with say that I can rebuild the engine to the first overbore, but my factory service manual does not mention any overbore dimensions. I'm thinking it is .030", but I need a Ford source before I proceed.

Do you think the dealer still has pistons listed?

I know there is (or were) .020 pistons available in the aftermarket - not sure if Ford ever offered these?

I can't be certain on this (this sounds like a mike flemming question)--

but pretty much standard overbores are .10 .20 .30 .. I can't see why the SVO would be different ??
