SVO Reunion 2010, Richmond, KY - October 15-17, 2010
Here's the Hotel info so everyone can go ahead and get their rooms reserved. I would suggest that you DO NOT HESITATE. Other events are happening in Richmond and the area hotels are filling up fast.
Host Hotel: Hampton 859-626-1002 $87/night (one adult).
If you tell them there will be more than one adult, the prices change. Prepare for a rate of $97-102 for 2 adults/king bed non-smoking.

Overflow: Holiday Inn Express 859-624-4055 $88/night Must say "SVOCA Per Tara"
12 rooms available 6 King Non smoking/6 double queen smoking
Last chance: Comfort Suites 859-624-0770: $109.99/night plenty of room
For those unfamiliar, the weekend event breaks down like so;
Thursday - the early arrivals (like Ted) show up and set up camp.
Friday - is usually a dyno day set up by SVORob. Or, everyone else shows up day. Friday night, hang out for club furnish pizza and beverages.
Saturday - the show/shine from 9am-3pm. Saturday night, watch Gator and Buttah race each other in the parking lot while enjoying your club furnished pizza/beverages.
Sunday - Autoxcross. Times TBA, but prepare for a 8-9am arrival, driver meeting and first car off by 10am. Finished by 4pm. Official event is now over. Sunday night - those too tired to drive home hang out in parking lot, trying to rehydrate.
Monday morning; Ted goes home.
