I would like to say also what a great job they did recovering the shifter knob. I looks the same as my NOS one.
They did a great job on my steering wheel and horn pad that I had done awhile ago.
          THANKS to Bob Tweedy.

            Recover

            Bob,

Do you recover other steering wheels? My original Saleen 4 spoke wheel was black vinyl and its basically gone but I do have another that possibly could be used as a pattern. I could email you a photo if you wish.

            email me at: bigwingsaleen@comcast.net

            Thanks!

                Hey Bob,

Can you also do steering wheel horn pads for the asc Mclaren? They are the same as the svo except for the asc Mclaren logo. The steering wheels themselves are the same as the SVO.

                  mclaren horn pads

hey greg. the svo logo, ford oval and horns on the svo hornpad each require a different stamp. the svo and ford oval required written ford permission to use them as they are trademarks.
the same then applies to the mclaren trademarks. while i suspect that they would give permission, the stamping device is costly and probably wouldnt be cost effective.
if the mclaren hornpad is the same as the svo it can be recovered without the mclaren on it.
                  sorry

Bob has done an excellent job of supplying the recovered parts to all that need them. I encourage everyone to continue to support him. If you need any of the recovered parts and he happens to be out of stock, we also have them at similar prices.
