I'm on the road to getting a FMC installed in my race car. I went with the NPR larger intercooler (14" tall X 21" wide X 2" deep with 2 3/4" inlet and outlets). I think I'm going to do something similar to the Evolution SVO...mount the intercooler in front then angle the radiator for better flow (I'm assuming thats why the radiator is angled). I'm about to email the guy to purchase the intercooler...any last thoughts or warnings about the NPR before I do?

    Thanks!

    Sure?

...V..I'm sure you have looked at the Spearco setup by Tiny Avenger....(what I have).....Money yes, but no blocking or even angling the radiator.....with the piping & silicon fittings..It looks good...

I'm also looking at the cost as well. I heard the spearco's were close to a grand.

I can get the NPR for $250 shipped. Then a bunch of piping and other stuff. I may spend $750 or even close to a grand but I'll also have the fun of doing it myself...but bolt on is nice too

        Vince,

This link doesn't give a direct comparison of the NPR IC, but it might give you some background and help make an educated decision.

          Try this link

This link actually does give a comparison of the NPR.

So from what I can understand, the NPR is a good choice...right?

            Vince,

Looking at the new test results, it does appear that the NPR is a good, inexpensive choice.
