Inbox full - Eric Can you Assist?

Hi Eric. It shows that my inbox is full but I only have 2 messages. I see a bunch of sent messages but they cannot be deleted. Those showed up when the format was changed. Can you clear them out so I can send and receive PMs?

everyone forgets to clean out their sent.....

I'll be a bit more specific -- top right side of the page, either hit notifications, or messages (either one) -- then hit message center...
from there, on the left side you will see your sent messages.

Thanks Eric. For some reason all of my sent PMs appeared, dating back to 2003. I deleted them all, so should be good.
