Exhaust popping at idle and Rough run misfire at 3000rpm?

Has anyone had an issue with another exhaust popping at idle? Almost seems like its misfiring at the same time. When reved to 3000rpm, it starts to misfire, stink like fuel and the revs drop to below 2000rpm with out moving the gas pedal. Injectors replaced , distributor replaced, vam had a faul and was replaced, ignition coil tested, newer plug wires and brand new plugs. Cap and rotor replaced. Tested for vacuum leaks, runs at 18psi vacuum and smooth. Don't know what to check next.

Did you replace the O2 sensor? You should check for codes.

The symptoms indicate that to much fuel is being dumped out the exhaust.

Does it act differently after fully warm? Maybe your ECT is bad?
