Recently, I asked Spec to send me the clutch with bolts. They said, "sure no problem". After getting without bolts I called them to see what happened. They did not know but they would send me bolts ASAP. They did not have the correct length, I told them to send to longer of the two choices.
I forget which aluminum flywheel I have, but I used a 3/4" bolt like chalky did......Dana Where did you get your ARP flywheel bolts and which ones did you get

I got ARP# 151-2801. I got them from Summit.(AKA Scummit) I compared the length of the ARP's to the stockers I took out. The ARP's are a tiny bit shorter, like around .030 or so, not enough for me to worry about.
I got the invoice and tracking number from SPEC, so I'll have the flywheel Tuesday. I'll report in on what I find. I was hoping to get a definitive answer so I could get them on order a little earlier if the stock bolts were not usable.
I still need to do some research on how to change the rear main seal. I'll start a new post if I have questions.
I installed a new one of the same aluminum flywheel two years ago and it had 5/16 threads rather than the metric. 5/16-18 x 3/4 worked fine.
There is a recent thread only a week or two old regarding rear main seal replacement. Bart, GABOYSVO and I did several of those on cars the week before last year's Reunion. It's a lot less daunting than most think it is.
The new Spec/Fidanza flywheel I just received is 5/16"-18 thread on the clutch to flywheel bolts. Thread depth into the flywheel is about 0.4". The clutch attachment point is about 0.156" thick. It looks like I'll have to grind down the 3/4" bolts that I have on order. I'm not sure whether I should use washers or just loc-tite them into place. Just to be anal-retentive I will check the bolts on my gunpowder scale to make sure they are all exactly the same weight.
