Feel free to play poker with them if you can leverage a better breakfast or whatever they cut back on from the year before. If they changed hands during the year and cut back more on us to enhance their bottom line, they should be made aware that 40 to 50 rooms could be booked elsewhere.

I'm not sure on the pets, you would have to call and ask.

on the playing poker -- I had a hard time with them last year, cause either a lot of people didn't mention SVOCA, or they didn't put it down when we called in, cause at last cound, (according to them) we only had 23 rooms last year.

Rooms

My wife did the Expedya or something and got the room for $59 each night. I later found out the company only paid $45 each night. Thats how they make money. Hotel gets screwed off them.

Has the date been set yet for the 2005 reunion? I am guessing the weekend of the October 14.........October weather is so hit or miss. Any thoughts about Aug. or Sept.. I have seen the pictures from the past reunions, the weather seems kinda crappy.

I got sunburn 2 years ago, got wind chapped last year.
Any time of the year would be fine with me, even tho I like the fall of the year.

The Local SCCA just had their meeting last week to determine their schedule.. The dates will be anounced soon - -but I can't say anything until the details worked out, and I know for SURE!

There are several things that all have to fall in place to pic which weekend, and several people that have to get back to me once we get the SCCA's schedule...

It will be anounced HERE -- don't worry -- you WILL know when the dates have been made final.

I swear I'm not holding out, just to see you all sweat....

I'm going to try and hold out finding a new job until after the reunion just so I can make it this year. Is that dedication or what? I wouldn't want to have to ask my new boss for time off after just starting a new position now would I?
