Well I've been living here in The Twilight Zone for 4 1/2 years now so I guess things have changed...

From what I remember a person had to come up with something like a combined total of $3000 in donations for it to be worthwhile. That's clothing, furniture, appliances, yard tools, etc.

EDIT: My 6,000th post as well. I guess I really am in The Twilight Zone afterall.

No running SVO = No reunion BUT our son turned 14 this week so we had the birthday party AND picked him up an really nice 91 GT.

Plus *I* will be driving it for the next couple years while he watches not being able to.

We were actually looking for a project car to build over the next couple years but he didn't want an SVO because they are 'too rare' he says. Have to give him kudos for that. Found this very nice one and couldn't resist.

Well, I started painting the garage door to match the fromt door. It is "cut in" and Mother Nature now says that I have to find something else to do.

It's gunna look ghetto for a day or so until I can finish it. Oh well, huh?

Jesse - I recall those days of using my brain, it was painful.

                          Cleaning up vomit...

The wife and I were both sick this week. I was hoping to be able to hop in the car last night and come down with the 8 yr old, but then he started throwing up too.

Wish I could be there, but it was not in the cards apparently this year.

                            Shoveling snow?

Woke up to 4" of the white stuff this morning and it is 19°F outside. The Rockies vs. Phillies game will be interesting tonight, first pitch temp of 28°F cooling off to 24°F

People in Philadelphia are used to 24F !! (Can't say players from the dominican republic like it ! haha

Emiliy (12) and I are swaping motors in my ZTR mower (thru a rod) ! It's funny I told her this was how I started working on things (when I removed all the counter weights from my Dad's Cub Cadet at 11 to "pop wheelies" !

Put new side molding on my car. Added a grill to my subwoofer. UPS showed up with my regulator and gauge, but they are the wrong ones. Guess I'm done for the day. Playing ice hockey in our championship game tomorrow and watching the Florida vs. LSU game tonight.
