How long is the dyno thing gonna last?
Is there gonna be a cut off time?
Are you gonna alow walk ins if there is room?

I think they are open till 5:00 most have headed to the hotel by then.
Walk ins are welcome. i'm sure they would hang around if you get there last minute. there is plenty of room.

I think we are leaving around 10 A.M Friday probably get there around 2-3.Not sure if the car will be ready for that just asking incase I feel like putting it on there. Not sure if I want to take the chance on messing something up and be out for Sunday.
                  Thanks for the response Rob

You are worried about being out for Sunday...c'mon, there is plenty of time between the dyno and Sunday for repairs of virtually any kind!! Virtually anything short of serious machine work has been accomplished in the SVOCA Central hotel parking lot over the years.

I'm bringing a stock survivor to the Dyno with a 8.8 replacement & maybe a K&N; as I count it there are only 8 other SVO's that want to face me on the Dyno.

I'm willing to bet more than 3/4ths of those are not from the north.

feh, got a lot of stuff to work through before friday. took it up to modular depot for their 3 for $30 deal. 3 straight pulls, no tuning, no WB logging. 192hp @ 6100rpm/213lb-ft @ 4000rpm @ 10psi at the wheels. EEC Analyzer claims 278hp/265 lb-ft; and my driveline is sloppy, but not 30% loss sloppy. unfortunately, couldn't wrench on it between pulls. massive misfire over 4krpm, even with smoothing 5 the plot looks like the printer was drunk. also ran quite a bit rich; 10.8 AFR on the gauge face, 11.4 in the logs. so i had to adjust that too.. *ugh* what a pain in the arse sometimes... got home and pulled the plugs, and choked em down to .28". that seemed to clean up the WOT pulls during the required test drive. hopefully can pick up a good chunk of the power left on the table before dyno time friday, and just do minor tune in once its up on the drums.
                        redneck engineered 84 2a, stock 84 1D.
