Car looks fantastic, looking forward to seeing it at the reunion. I gave Roger some front B springs a while back when I switched to coil-overs. You might want to see if he'll trade you for the Eibachs.

aight then ... looks freaking awesome - cept the for springs. Too high in the back and too low in the front. Should be a wonderful ride to KY.
Against my own better judgment, I put a set of B springs in one of my SSPs and it looks exactly the same. Almost like stiffer rate yet standard height in rear and C springs in front. Rides like a truck.

I've never seen a set of B springs sit that low in the front. Usually just the C springs and Eibachs sit that low. Did you reuse the isolator (or whatever it's called) when changing the springs?

Yeah well, I dont feel like pulling it out of the garage and taking a picture of it for you - so you'll just have to take my word on it. And yes, they were installed correctly.

I've heard rumors that the b-springs have 'changed' ... and not for the better it looks like.

BTW, the B and C springs should be identical for the rear (progressive 200/300 lb/in). On my car I had to jack the rear spring perches up to get a proper/level stance with the B springs. Sounds like ride height depends more on Fords "vehicle assembly tolerances" then anything else.

I think Ben and SVO4PWR2 (Rich) put them in
Naaa wasnt us....but with the 16 inch wheels the car drove well, i thought.

Now i have B spring in my junk and "almost" took out the Spearco

are you saying ride height depends on what foxbody you're installing them in? in that case, no it doesnt. you stick these springs that I have in your car and it's gonna slam the front end on the ground. IOW, they dropped the front end approx 3". The front tire is tucked up/under the fender right now. That is not a slight difference in "tolerances".

No, it was just as bit of humor as I was quoting a reference in the Motorsport catalog regarding ride height and there springs. For what it's worth their 2009 catalog list front drop as .875".

I just bought a set of B springs for my 1C that I should have on in the next few days so I'll take a picture for what it's worth.
