as some of you may know i own a 85 ttop svo , this car was a gift from several of the board members . just to name a few that deserve credit for this awesome and best gift ever

i have put about 24+ hours of work into it to get back into the shape it is in now , with many ,many more to come . the ttop car is now my daily driver and the 84 is parked with a bad low end knock , but this post isnt about the 84.

so far i replaced all the freeze plugs in the block and installed a complete 3" exhaust , newer cloth rear seat , newer rear carpet , nicer front carpet cut for a cage , newer dash pad "really nice" nicer pass seat , newer heater controls , fixed the cracks in the floor and reasembled the interior that was a total desaster . installed my fresh air filter and my simmons rims with tires , painted the front end and the hood . things i still have yet to do are inner/outer dew wipes , install new mirrors , install newer inner markers , and a few other minor odds and ends , but all in all the car is really complete

i will update as i get more done to it but for now i have a whole bunch of pics

this is the car as it was found in big bear california , and according to the old owner there is another svo up in big bear but not a ttop . as you can see in the pics it was rather tore up on the inside and the exterior needed some help aswell

this poor car had sat in the same spot for a long time , the interior was in total shambles most everything was disasembled . it looked like a tweeker has spend a couple hours digging through the inside looking for a lost bag of dope , and no i didnt find it either . the last one is the old owner filling out the bill of sale , note to every one , see the stack of papers , most of that is service reciepts , most everything that was done to the car was done at a local dealership . there are more reciepts then one would imagine for a car in the condition it was in

what a mess , the poor car had been so mistreated and neglected for so long . it made me sad to see it that way

you like the eec anti rattle device . and how lazy can you get wood blocks to prop up the broken seat rail . the paint on the front of the car was in total decay

all kinds of cool finds in the car almost complete sterio system minus the radio . them are some od a$$ crossovers , there was more speaker wire in the car then i car to mention, that and black tape everywhere , look at the steering wheel . the rear speaker holes were cut to fit larger 6x9's and the pannels were stuffed with cotton for sound deading

these are current pics of te car taken just yesterday , after my return trip from portland and a weeks stay at chalkys place , and some major renivation of the interior , chalky gave me a bunch of parts . really good condition rear seat and pass seat , rear carpet kit , door sill plates , heater controls , partial tune up and more . the pass marker lens seperated while removing it when i painted the front end , i just havent gotten around to putting it back together , chalky started a log book for me that i must keep up on
