    the NAPA kit is :
    NAPA caliper hardware kit 82574
    like the pic in the previous post shows
    2 rubbers and one spring clip per wheel.
    Growing OLD is mandatory,Growing UP is optional

      I had the same issue and ended up grabbing four decent caliper bushings from a Crown Victoria in the salvage yard...problem solved.
