I went for a drive with my neighbor tonight and changed my mind. There is not a lot of bottom end loss but a little. There is a tremendous high-end gain, however. The idle is more throaty and the car pulls harder than ever. I guess it took another view point to help me appreciate the BoPort 1.9 cam (plus a few more miles of getting used to). I'm going to put more miles on the car and give it more time to "sink in" before I complain anymore. Thanks for the input on this one guys, it just took me some time (and a neighbor's seat of the pants input as well) to really begin to appreciate the difference.

My 1.9 seemed to have no bottom end as well when I first installed it. Once I did the sn95 throttle swap it cured all my driveability issues. I love my 1.9 now, it is a little softer down low but it is an animal above 3k, I really hardly notice that it is soft down low now.
