  • 1985 Timing Spout

Previous owner clipped the spout out. I’ve seen mention of this on some closed threads. Does anyone know the part number or anyplace that sells them these days?

    thanks

unless you are trying to stay original, you can literally use anything.. a inline fuse will work just fine. -- it just completes the circuit. -- pin 36 off the ECC

If you want to be 'creative' install a switch across the open wires. Then you just leave it in the on/closed position normally and throw it to off/open when you want to set your base timing...that would be much easier than pulling a spout connector...just a thought.

I've found too many differences between years and even between different cars, to comment on color.

After writing this I found it in an electrical book for the car and after clipping it the timing dropped way off. Reset the timing reattached and bingo.
