Adjustable FPR??

Would a FPR help tune the car from running to lean or too rich? Also how hard are they to use? I know you obviously need a fuel pressure gauge. Thanks!

Yep, in short, thats exactly what they do/used for.

Also how hard are they to use?

Easy as cake and pie. Ajustable set screw, and thats it. Nothing much more to em than that.
