I've read the FAQ on this provided by SVOCA but I just wanted to double check it. It says that 84' SVOs had the NWC T-5s while the 85-86'SVOs had the WC T-5s. I've been hearing that the WC started in all Fords in 85.5. They tell me that the WC was installed when SVO went to the bigger injectors, I guess to help with the added power. Does anyone know if this is true
I've tryed looking it up on the net but everything I find just says 85' and don't say anything about 85.5. I can see how this would be knowing Ford and its Half year deal but just wanted to double check it.
Also does anyone know how to ID a WC gear box? I've heard its got WC stamped on the caseing, does anyone know where?
Thanks

I 've owned and driven many SVO's over the years including new 84's, 85's, 85.5's and 86's off the showroom floor (I used to love to stroke the salesmen to go out on test drives).
