After talking to a few members trying to find a replacement hose solution for the coolant hoses going to/from the turbo I found this. The hose is high temp silicone from Mcmaster-Carr as well as the cool little stainless clamps that won't cut into the soft hose or rust later. The hose and the clamps was about $30 to my door. My only complaint is that they are blue but without spending a ton of money buying black silicone from Samco hose I guess I will live with it. I mean the stock hose was red anyway!

Just put that black corrogated plastic covering over it between the clamps...the same stuff used to loom wiring with. It should hold up fine in that area.Comment

Yeah, good idea, I've got tons of that stuff left over from the wiring harness rewrap.Comment
