I have finally tamed my cropduster issue. i rebuilt the turbo and the smoke has pretty much subsided. However when accelerating from a stop sign or a traffic light i get a puff of smoke. None that I can see while crusing, and none when I shift or if i am at idle. The smoke is whitish, and it dissapates quick, it does not linger like oil smoke, but it smells like oil.
The motor was reringed about 8 years ago but not ran much since.
I am also usings a large amount of oil I drove it for a constant 30 miles some traffic and some highway and I used/lost about 1/4 of a quart.
I have a cruise this weekend and I would like to make it out in the svo. What do you all think?
