The cars been running great until today.Just died on my way home and wont start.I smell gas pretty strong!. I have checked and its getting spark so what could the problem be?it allmost felt like turbo siezed switching to 2nd, it ran for about a half mile longer than died.oil pressure or boost guage didnt peak.????

Check the VAF meter to see if it is stuck open. If it is, it will send max fuel through the injectors and flood the engine out.
Next, put a timing light on the car like normal and crank it over. You should have a stobe effect if it is getting spark (hold the trigger on the timing light....).

Run a code check and see what the computer says, if anything. All you need is a piece of wire and a two dollar 12v test light.1984 Mustang SVO 1C - E6, otherwise stock.Comment

VAF was stuck open, cleaned VAF & changed oil as he suggested
