I was troubleshooting my coolant temperature gauge last night and I found the voltage to the sensor fluctuates between 0.3 volts and 1.5 volts w/ KOEO. I'm assuming this isn't right. What should be the first thing I check...the IVR?
For anyone interested (and future searchers) the voltage from the IVR does pulse the input voltage so that the RMS voltage is 5 volts. However, it should pulse the voltage between 12 and 0 volts not 3 and 0 like mine was.
