You can get a whole kit (wiring adapter, hoses, etc.) from Tiny Avenger Motorsports. (www.tinyavenger.com)

Usually - Intercooler hosing can be obtained from a local Diesel supply shop....Just tell them the ID sizing you're wanting.

        60MM Throttle Body

        Rich,

What is the wiring adapter for? I know he sells a large throttle body kit but I didnt know he sold the kit components seperately.

          Mike,
I haven't actually done the mod yet. Waiting for some more $$$. His kit is for a 65mm tb from a 94-95 sn95 mustang. I believe the wiring harness adapts the TPS sensor. They are different on that vintage of tb. He will sell anything seperately if you ask him real nice...(I think)

Yeah the adapter plates, wiring harness, hardware ( screw, bolts etc ) bracket for the linkage and the IC hose can be bought as one ( or if I had thought about it before typing all that, I would have just said that the kit can be bought minus the throttle body) from TA.

I tell yeah, the pieces are nice and ( for at least me anyway ) it was worth getting off the wallet for.

I've got the Tiny Avenger install kit also. Everything fits perfect. It is worth the money by having all the R&D and machining allready done. The only part you have to do is enlarge the upperintake to accept the bigger TB.

The only thing that did not work out is that with the larger TB, the idle air motor and the crankcase breather on my turbocoupe valve cover collide. The options are an open air breather (that Tiny Avenger sells), but I don't like that cause of the oil blow by that gets on the engine bay. So I'm makind a remote located oil/air seperator.

                Hey Lon,

yeah the stock breather will have to come out, or if you want to maintain the breather get a hose to stick in there ( vale cover ) and connect the other end to the seperator. Of course the seperator will now have to be re-located somewhere beside the valve cover and lay on its side.

The one from tiny runs all the way down to underneath the frame-rail, so there is no real problem of it in the engine bay. I actually have mine connected to a line from the PCV as well so both run down and outside the bay, underneath the car.

                Hope that helps

                  G Man,
The T/A filter for the turbocoupe valve cover sits right on the valve cover and fits with the big throttlebody, but you've got the stock SVO valvecover, right?. So we must have 2 different breather filters.

I've also thought of routing my pcv valve into my remote breather.

Tiny Avenger - big bore throttle body

So, on this big bore throttle body, the IAC motor and the crankcase breather collide? Does this happen on the SVO also?
Give me you .02 cents worth Gator.

Well I guess not according to Lon, unless we are talking about something else.

Im talking about the stock oil seperator in the back of the VC that has a line running to the inlet turbo flange. ( kinda like a not so well thought out Evac system.)

The big honkin' stock piece had to come out. OR if your careful ...you can "ding" it slightly on the side so it will fit.

I didnt like oil going into the inlet in the first place ( i dunno...somethin' about oil running through my intake that I really dont like ) so i removed the line all together, and slapped this on.

Notice the nice 90deg bend metal piece. Fits nicely into the seperator hole.

                      I hope that helped.

Where did you get that fine piece of engineering ????

My original thought was to run it to the charcOIL canister...

                        LOL (yea.. i am joking!)

                          65mm throttle body

Thanks Gator, that's the info I'm looking for - I don't like the oil in the turbo, VAM to turbo hose, intake, throttle body, etc. either. I'm looking to retain stock, but the farther I go performance wise, the more aftermarket parts I seem to aquire. This TA piece isn't really seen anyway. Thanks.
