I don't have any tools to use, I am on campus at UNF and all I have is my craftsmen mechanics tool box. So buying everything I would need will cost more than just pulling the head and having someone else do it for me.

HLA's were all fine (well from what I could tell, all valves were opening etc.) Pulled head and head gasket was fine, I am totally confused , any thoughts?

Take the head to the machine shop and have them check it out. You may need more analysis than a visual inspection.

Well for those taking bets, I blew out 3 exhaust valve guides. Got another head rebuilt and just got it running. Have to do some other small things but it moved under its own power for the first time inover 2 months. Woo!

Congrats on getting her back on the road and the folowup to let everyone know what the problem was. It may help someone else in the future when they use the search function.
