Got my Borla exhaust on, Just the muffler with single 3". Most of it is stainless from the down pipe back, Much quieter than the side pipe that I had. For now I have a dump before the axle, waiting on a day off so I can do the rest.
Sounds like a drum in the car right now. Just like you 140cilx!
The new smell from outside the car is very bad also, can't wait till that goes away.
So out of the 3 that I had on the car I still like the Flowmaster sound the best. Yeah I know.
Then the side pipe just for the noise. Sounded great on the dyno!
The Mac duel exhaust had a very good sound (like a V8) but I never did get them not to rub, They were 3" also. Little more work and they would have sit still I'm sure. Took them off for weight loss.
They sound better on the Tahoe that has them now.
